APPROACH
We focused on their core value: Impact. The identity needed to feel bold yet approachable, standing apart from typical investment aesthetics. Utilising Yeo Valley’s palette, we pushed these a bit further to stand on its own, yet retain the warmth and grounded qualities.
DETAILS
A typeface study found the right balance of flourish, approachability, and seriousness. The YV monogram, formed from overlapping letters and negative space, symbolises regeneration and growth, flowing through all brand applications. The new identity, with its use of negative space and curved diagonals, sharpened the focus on key data and statements, increasing their impact.
Studio Brewer created an exciting and mission-focused identity for us, through what was a highly professional yet friendly approach. Jake was fun to work with, and developed a series of ideas that quickly led to a refreshed brand that has gone on to receive great feedback from a variety of our stakeholders. Recommended in a heartbeat.
